Our 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
- Faulty clasps or rings.
- Loose stones or attached parts.
- Parts detaching without impact or pulling.
- Plating or finishing defects upon receipt.
- Materials or specifications not matching the product page.
It does not cover normal wear, scratches, perfume or chemical damage, loss, or failure to follow care instructions.
